Cakes, cupcakes and Fillings

As much as possible, we try to incorporate local and organic produce in order to achieve the best in flavours.

We work with nut free recipes (unless specified), though they may contain traces of nuts.

All cakes and fillings are home-baked using tested recipes to assure perfect baking with balanced flavours.

No alcohol is used to bake any of our cakes, nor the fillings, therefore all cakes are suitable for children.

Our buttercream is a meringue based buttercream containing egg-whites (pasteurised egg-whites). Please let us know if you would like any other buttercream.

Types of coating:

  • Fondant: it is a sugar paste rolled out like a pie crust and used to cover the cake. This gives the cakes a smooth appearance. This is made by us so it can taste as good as your cake. Any flavour can be added!!!
  • Meringue Buttercream: it is a type of icing used inside cakes, as a coating, and as decoration. A creamy and light icing, not very sweet, meringue based buttercream. This is home-made, any flavour can be added!!! Contain pasteurised egg-whites!!!
  • Ganache: is normally made by heating heavy/double cream, then pouring it over chopped dark chocolate. This is home-made!!!
