As much as possible, we try to incorporate local and organic produce in order to achieve the best in flavours.

We work with nut free recipes (unless specified), though they may contain traces of nuts.

All cakes and fillings are home-baked using tested recipes to assure perfect baking with balanced flavours.

No alcohol is used to bake any of our cakes, nor the fillings, therefore all cakes are suitable for children except fruit cakes.

Our buttercream is a meringue based buttercream containing egg-whites. Please let us know if you would like any other buttercream.
