Cake orders

A cake must be ordered at least two weeks before the occasion.

A payment of 30% non-refundable deposit is requiered. Once payment received, we will automatically book the date and start making the cake  for you.  A receipt of the deposit will be sent to you.

If payment is not received, the date wont be booked and the order will be cancelled.

For last-minute cakes it will be an extra-cost added and payment will have to be made in full on the day of the order.

All our cakes are made using nut-free ingredients, nevertheless they may contain traces of nuts, therefore we cannot be held responsible for any allergy reactions. A list of ingredients will be provided once the order is delivered to the client.

Delivery

We can deliver your cakes in the evenings during week days and at all times at weekends.

Delivery is  free within 3 miles from our location and £1.50 charge every mile added.

Collection in person is welcome and free.

Once the cake has been collected, the responsibility will be with the client.

Payment

A non-refundable 30% deposit is requiered on the day of the order.

For a wedding cake a non-refundable 50% deposit is requiered and full payment must be done two weeks before the event.

Full payment on the collection day for other cake occasions.

Last minute changes cannot always be accommodated.

Full deposit is lost if you cancel your order.

Cake orders which are cancelled at short notice (within one month of the event) will still be charged in full.

Important!!!

All cakes/cupcakes/mini cakes/favours are under a written agreement with Cake Land by Nivia, which must be signed by the client to confirm every detail of the order, therefore avoinding errors and misclaims.
